Regarding the receipt of reduced-price tickets or free entry tickets from the internet, the visitor is required to show identification upon entering the site.
If the holder of the reduced-price or free entry tickets does not present the required identification, or if the identification does not prove that he/she is eligible for reduced-price or free entry, it is stated that he/she will not be allowed to enter the site. Thus, he/she will not be entitled to change the ticket issued and not accepted or to a refund of the price paid for its issue.
